Toby

Well we went to Thanksgiving at Aunt Sherri's house and she has been telling me that we could have Toby. He was miserable with so many cats in the house. He jumped on my lap and was so loving I thought I would try it out...why not Mark was hunting. Well after this how could we possibly give him back. What a sweet boy he is. Mark came home and the girls were in love. Daddy wasn't too happy but since he is a softy Toby was here to stay.

Thanksgiving Day at Sherri's House

Thanksgiving Day November 27th, 2008
So you might be thinking where is DAD? Well he was elk hunting with Uncle Brent. We missed him but at least we got to spend the morning with him. Thank goodness he was home because I burned my finger with steam from the yams. We had a lot of fun at Aunt Sherri's house. After an awesome dinner I ALWAYS spend endless hours looking at the adds with my sisters, mom, and nieces and of course Seth too. Black Friday is a huge tradition in my family. Janie drug me out to Arizona Mills at midnight and then we made our way to Walmart in Surprise. I shopped with mom, Janie, Ami, Seth, Jaime, Brooke, Sherri, Jayme, and Josalyn. Such a fun and crazy shopping day!

So after I was done in Kaytlyn's class I just had to go by Kensley's class. I have a hard time visiting her class because she cries when I try to leave. This was the perfect time to go because they only had 45 minutes left. She also had a fun filled Thanksgiving Day at school. They made lots of fun crafts and had a feast. She picked to be an Indian instead of a pilgrim. After I took pictures of her we went home and spent some time just the two of us.

Story reading

Kaytlyn's class put on plays and read the parents their stories. Kaytlyn loves to have her picture taken. The kids all pose for me as soon as I walk in the door. This age is so fun. She did great. She does an awesome job with public speaking. Ashlin was in her class last year and they have been great friends ever since. Mrs. Dickson does a great job organizing events for the parents.

We had Thanksgiving at Brooke's house. Brooke made her first turkey ever (it was wonderful) and she had the tables decorated so pretty. I was terrible at taking pictures this day but I did take these. While the adults were talking and getting the food on the table the kids were in the living room playing. So cute they are!
