Surprise Cake

On December 13th we were getting the girls ready for bed at 9:00 and the door bell rang. When Mark went to check he found the HUGE cake. The girls were so excited! They ate it several times after dinner and we still couldn't finish it all. (Thanks Mom/Grammie)

Kaytlyn Volleyball

This was the second time Kaytlyn was on a Volleyball team. I didn't take very good pictures this time around. The first time she played on a team she lucked out and they only lost like 2 games. This time around they only won the last game they played. Kaytlyn was so great her skills have only improved (isn't she great at everything) but it was a good experience for her to not win all of the time. She was a trouper and we are proud of her (of course).

Kaytlyn's Blizzard Project

Kaytlyn was learning all about natural disasters. Her group worked very hard on blizzards. When their projects were complete the parents were allowed to come and explore them. She did a great job and was so proud of what they accomplished.

Christmas Tree

December 7, 2008
Well Mark was gone hunting over Thanks Giving weekend so we got our tree up a little late. We always take tons of pictures while we put up our tree. We were a little homeless in our jammies but that makes it even more fun.

APS Light Parade

I love the light parade. This year my mom and Richard came with us. Kayley had only been out of her cast a few days and not walking yet. We had hot chocolate and cotton candy. The kids were really excited and had a blast!

Surprise Hot Air Balloon Festival

We went to see the hot air balloons with Brent and Jaime and all of the kids. It was very last minute but it ended up being a lot of fun. After they lit up all of the balloons (10 or so) they had several sky divers come down. We got a great spot. Two of them landed right in front of us. It was very cool. After they moved the rope and let us come in and take a picture and meet them.

Kayley Visits Her Class

Kayely and Zoe
Mrs. Suggs and Kayley's class

Kayley got to visit her class several times while she was in her cast. She was home with a tutor during this time and missed her friends so bad especially Zoe. Kayley is such a sweet pleasant girl who loves to help. We went out of our way to help her help us. I think that made being stuck in the wheelchair a lot easier. Isn't she cute!
